I recently switched from Mate-Desktop (Ubuntu Mate) to KDE Plasma including Bismuth as tiling Window Manager. Tiling is really a new concept to me and I really have to get used to it. But I do like it so far. But... from time to time my KDE Taskbar is disappearing after coming back from hibernate mode. Long story short:
* Open a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T)
* call 'screen' to keep the command alive even you close the terminal
* plasmashell --replace
* close the terminal
